  • Are you still shipping orders?

Yes we are still shipping orders. Our fulfillment center in Santa Cruz is operational and shipping all orders placed before 2:30 PM the same business day. We have implemented new safety measures to protect both our customers and our staff.

  • How do I place an order?

You can place an order online, in our mobile app, through your salon consultant, or by calling us at (888) 973-7546.

  • Are the Beauty Solutions Resource Centers open?

We have Resource Centers in California and Arizona. Our California Resource Centers are open for walk-in shopping and curbside pickup. Our Arizona location is open for curbside pickup only. Click here for more information on curb-side pickup.

  • Can you deliver to my home address?

We are able to ship to your home if your county has not allowed salons to open. Make sure to change your shipping address when checking out online or in our mobile app. If you are placing your order over the phone, mention that you want to have it shipped to your home instead of your salon.

  • Can you ship products directly to my client?

If your county has not allowed salons to open, we can ship directly to your client. We may also be able to accommodate other special circumstances (please call 888.973.7546). Click here for more information about shipping products directly to your client.

  • Will my package be delayed due to COVID-19?

While some of our shipments have seen delays, most arrive on time. We ship with UPS who has stated that they may have delays during the COVID-19 pandemic. Our shipping time frame has not changed. We will ship all orders placed before 3:00 PM the same day.

  • What education opportunities do you have while we are social distancing?
