LIQUID.ACTIVATOR 3.5 VOL can be used with all COLOR.ME Toners, Shades, or Boosters. For best results, use the Kevin Murphy APPLICATOR.BOTTLE and a MIXING.SPHERE with a 1:2 mixing ratio, then develop for 3-20 minutes depending on desired results.
